Our Comfort Lotion was blended because I woke up one morning with excruciating back pain. I am unable to tolerate narcotic pain killers, and am allergic to some of the anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and aspirin. I took a mild over-the-counter medicine, was taken to my chiropractor, and then limped down to my aromatherapy lab and mixed up a concoction that I hoped would give me relief. With regular chiropractic care and my oils, I was back to work in two weeks. When I went back to work, I shared my oils, which I had blended into a lotion, with my co-worker-care-givers. From them and many other people who have used this product, we have found relief from arthritic pain, joint-injury pain, nerve pain (such as carpal tunnel pain), muscle spasms, muscle cramping, migraines, and repetitive stress injury pain. It is also effective for menstrual cramps. We have been able to head-off (no pun intended!) a migraine headache by the EARLY use of Comfort Lotion and our Headache Roll-Away. Pain--any and all-must be dealt with immediately-at the first possible moment to be controlled. Uncontrolled pain is pain that controls you! This lotion has a pleasant but subtle aroma, it is easy to use, blends in quickly, and lasts for many hours. It is analgesic (pain-killer), anti-spasmodic, and anti-inflammatory. That is why it works so effectively for joint, muscle, and nerve pain. |
